(24 October 2018) SHARE offered a webinar on October 4, 2018, describing practical workflows for scraping Omeka sites in order to curate metadata for discoverability. The presenters were Michael Roth, Project Intern; Heather Froehlich, Literary Informatics Librarian; and Cynthia Hudson Vitale, Head of Digital Scholarship and Data Services, Pennsylvania State University Libraries
This one-hour webinar is part of a National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) grant to ARL, “Integrating Digital Humanities into the Web of Scholarship with SHARE.” With NEH’s generous sponsorship, this grant seeks to identify ways that existing tools and services can help make it easier to discover and link the many distributed assets created when scholars publish works of digital scholarship.
