(2 September 2014) The purpose of this 3 day workshop from INASP is to enable participants to develop a strategic approach to developing an IL programme within their institutions.
By the end of the workshop, participants will have: learned how to undertake a strategic planning process, and know the activities related to the strategic planning cycle; been introduced to an Outcome Mapping approach to planning; learned how to undertake an analysis of their context and stakeholders; drafted an initial action plan for engaging effectively with stakeholders in their institution, and wider afield; learned how to monitor progress, and considered methods for gathering evidence; and developed a communication plan for their stakeholder community
