(19 Jan 2026) The Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology and Innovation (MISTI) [of Cambodia] and the Indian Embassy in Cambodia inaugurated a new science library at Hun Sen Treng High School in Ratanak Mondul district of Battambang province on Saturday, marking a significant step in the kingdom’s effort for technology-driven development.
The facility was funded by the Indian government through a Quick Impact Project (QIP) under the Mekong-Ganga Cooperation framework. The library aims to bridge the educational gap for students in remote areas by providing improved access to science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) resources.
