(3 Jun 2021) National Library of the Philippines (NLP) invites you to join the virtual launch of the International Standard Numbering Systems–Philippines Online Application System (INS-POAS) on 25 June 2021 at the NLP website and FB page.
The INS-POAS is an online system for International Standard Numbering Systems (ISBN, ISSN, and ISMN) application that aims to provide better services for stakeholders and publishers. The full implementation of the application system will be on 1 July 2021.
