Driving innovation in Library Experience and Research Services, you will lead a team of frontline client service officers and experts to deliver exceptional, equitable support and spaces that foster discovery, wellbeing and a sense of belonging. As a key liaison, you will bridge Scholarly Services with key stakeholders, ensuring seamless, high-quality service delivery and spaces that advance the University’s priorities in research excellence, student empowerment, innovation and inclusive communities.
