Insync has completed its 2012 survey of the quality of services and resources offered by the Australian National University Library. The survey provides the library with a snapshot of key issues affecting users, and allows for them to be addressed, benchmarked and monitored.
The survey found that users place importance on a wide range of services including the relevance of online and hard copy resources to academic courses, scanning and photocopying facilities and the availability of off-campus resources and services.
A summary of the survey findings (pdf: 484kb) and the main report (pdf: 2.65mb) are accessible via the library’s website.
