(13 October 2015) Singapore’s Business Times reports that partnerships have been signed between China and Singapore to further develop the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City.
Among them is the development of the eco-city’s main library with the assistance of Cybrarian Ventures Pte Ltd. a subsidiary of the National Library Board.
