(16 September 2015) QS 2015-2016 World Rankings were released today, September 15, 2015. While I need more time to analyze all the changes, here are the new rankings for the world and Asia within the world rankings, which are not that much different for the top 10 in 2014-2015.
The breaking Asia news is that National University of Singapore and Nanyang Technological University are ranked 12 and 13 in the world this time around, a miraculous rise from 22 and 39.

QS Asian Rankings – From the World tables and the special Asian ranking, which came out earlier this year.
The 2015 ARWU rankings are also available, with very little change from last year. Their reliance on awards and award winning alumni and size dependent metrics, such as total number of publications, limit volatility. Background on ARWU is in Ruth’s Rankings 6.
