(19 December 2017) RedLink, Inc., and Dragonfly Marketing and Consulting have announced an expansion of their agreement supporting the Independent Scholarly Publishers Group (ISPG), providing eligible publishers access to the usage analytics and data visualization tools provided by RedLink’s Publisher Dashboard and related products.
As an independent data company, RedLink is able to provide all ISPG member publishers the benefits of Publisher Dashboard, regardless of publisher platform or sales agent relationships. With access to usage and denial data combined with powerful tools that made the data easy to interpret, present, and share, the publishers within ISPG are able to provide their sales representatives and agents information to succeed and grow their markets at scale.
Dragonfly President and Founder Tom Taylor explained “Dragonfly greatly values the data available from RedLink to help us support the ISPG publishers to succeed in this competitive market space, and the ability to maintain the data consistently even when publishers make a change of platform or sales model.”
Yann Amouroux, Head of Sales for Bioscientifica, commented “Continued access to the Publisher Dashboard will enable us, as an independent publisher, to be much more strategic in our sales approach in a competitive environment. The RedLink team has been great to work with and we look forward to benefiting from this expanded partnership.”
“Rather than tying publishers to a platform or sales agent as some do, RedLink and ISPG want to support choice and options in a challenging market,” said Kent Anderson, RedLink’s CEO. “The ability to avoid lock-in as the market evolves is critical to success, as are clear analytics about usage and opportunities.”
As part of the agreement, RedLink services are available to ISPG publishers at special pricing. This agreement has now been extended to include additional RedLink products, SiteLeads and Remarq, as well as additional publishers.
