Under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer, the University Librarian will provide leadership and strategic direction to Murdoch’s Library Services in support of the University’s strategic priorities.
The University Librarian is expected to develop and promote a culture of collaboration, innovation and continual improvement in line with Murdoch’s values and ethics.
The successful candidate will have highly developed communication, analytical and strategic thinking skills, together with a proven record of successful leadership and management in large libraries or library systems.
