(25 September 2018) As a member of the Library’s leadership team, you will be responsible for strategic planning that maximises use of evidence and analytics, for effective communication with all stakeholders and for building the Library’s capability in these areas. In addition, as the successful candidate, you will have oversight of the Library’s relationships with the University’s partners, including overseas campuses, and will be responsible, either directly or through the University’s centralised services, for the effective and efficient operations of facilities management, administration, finance, human resources and external relations, development and alumni. In addition, the position oversees the Library’s Special Collections team, with oversight of a large collection of rare books, manuscripts, archives, and other unique materials. This position also leads or participates in a range of strategic projects and reviews, ensuring integration, creation and delivery of a range of insightful reports and compelling presentations.
