(23 January 2017) The Research Data Alliance (RDA) Council is seeking proposals from organisations or countries interested in hosting the 11th RDA Plenary meeting in early 2018 (from late February to early April).
The Research Data Alliance (RDA) brings together a diverse community of data scientists, librarians, computer scientists, and domain scientists coming from both the public and private sector with one common goal – to remove the barriers to data sharing and reuse. It is a global member based alliance with over 4,700 members coming from 117 countries. RDA members work together in self formed focused Working groups and exploratory Interest Groups, looking at a range of technical and social challenges to data sharing.
