(5 Dec 2014) The Knowledge Quarter, a partnership of 35 academic, cultural, research, scientific and media organisations based in Kings Cross, Euston and Bloomsbury, has just been launched at the British Library in London. The Knowledge Quarter is a consortium of partner organisations with one thing in common – all are actively engaged in advancing and disseminating knowledge. As well as Google, partners in the consortium of over 30 academic, cultural, research, scientific and media organisations large and small range from the British Library and University of the Arts London to the School of Life, Connected Digital Economy Catapult and Aga Khan University, from the Francis Crick Institute to the Institute of Physics.
