(24 September 2013) Every two years IFLA’s Library Buildings organises a conference in conjunction with the annual IFLA WLIC Congress. This year the Congress was held in Singapore and theme dealt with how to develop high-quality libraries at a reasonable cost– Making Ends Meet: High Quality Design on a Low Budget. Lecturers came from Australia, Indonesia, Iran, Ireland, Canada, New Zealand, Sir Lanka, Sweden, Uganda and the USA.
