(February 2015) The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation decided to exit the field of global library leadership, but wanted to leave the sector strong. It hired Arabella Advisors to research library leadership training programs around the world to provide the training providers, participants, supporters, and other stakeholders with a comprehensive assessment of the field. Cultivating Global Library Leadership highlights 30 leadership programs, describes key trends and resources in the field, and provides recommendations for improving the library leadership training field.
