(28 March 2016) The Maharashtra Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) today filed a 17,400 page Charge Sheet against Nationalist Congress party (NCP) leader and former Minister Chhagan Bhujbal in a case of alleged bribe receipts while awarding the contract of central library of Mumbai University at Kalina campus. According to ACB sources, the voluminous charge sheet comprises documentary evidence against Bhujbal and six others, including officials from Maharashtra Public Works Department, for criminal conspiracy, corruption, cheating and forgery under various sections of Prevention of Corruption Act and Indian Penal Code.
