Phenomics Australia is a founding member of the National Collaborative Research Infrastructure Strategy (NCRIS), and provides a national system of research facilities and expertise to facilitate precision medicine for the Australian and international research communities. Phenomics Australia has nodes across several Australian universities and medical research institutes. Located at ANU is the Phenomics Australia Executive Team, responsible for overall strategic planning, project administration, and operational oversight. The Research Data Manager provides an important function within this Team, developing and delivering projects and initiatives, providing training, advice and expertise, and contributing to building best practice capabilities in research data handling across Phenomics Australia’s research facilities. The Research Data Manager is responsible for improving Phenomics Australia’s research data management processes and ensuring the best possible services to our users. The Research Data Manager will drive the development of a Phenomics Australia Data Management Strategy, particularly its alignment to FAIR principles, and will oversee its implementation.
