Responsibilities:
• Develop strategy for adopting digital platform to information management and library services
• Develop, provide, evaluate and enhance digital systems and the service portfolio
• Evaluate and make recommendations concerning the selection and implementation of new digital technologies to enhance reference services and library instruction
• Create assets for e-learning initiatives and promotion to facilitate optimal usage of library resources
• Experience with web page design and development and small-screen mobile smart device applications
• Review existing platforms and develop information-sharing integration for digital capture and sharing of knowledge
• Produce daily news-clippings services for East Asia senior staff members and provide responses to ad hoc news enquiries
• Provide an off-site remote reference service once per month
• Assist in ad hoc assignments as and when required
