(3 July 2016) The Head of Digital Library & Collection Development provides supervision, leadership and coordination of the digital library and collection development activities, including the development and deployment of digital library assets, electronic and print collections, and collections budget administration. Reporting to the Library Director, this position strongly influences how effective the University Library can be in delivering all types of materials to students and faculty. The Library will be largest English Language print and digital academic collection in Zhejiang Province in areas of business, finance, architecture, design, and other academic majors. 采编主管对数字图书馆及馆藏建设发展进行管理、领导与协调，包括协调发展数字图书馆设施、电子及纸质馆藏资源以及规划分配馆藏资源的行政预算。采编主管直接向馆长汇报工作，这一岗位高度影响本校图书馆向学生和教职工提供各类服务的有效性。在商科、金融、建筑、设计以及其它学术专业领域内，温州肯恩大学图书馆将成为浙江省内拥有最为丰富的英文数字及纸质馆藏资源。
