Senior Manager Collection Access and Discovery
The role of the Senior Manager Collection Access and Discovery will lead and develop highly productive teams managing the acquisition, organisation, discovery, access and management of all print, electronic and Rare Book resources and possess contemporary working knowledge of collection management. The Senior Manager Collection Access and Discovery will provide leadership, cultivating a strong collaborative culture that will support the direction of the ANU Library to implement continual improvement and change through the application of emerging practices and technologies that will meet the changing demands, needs and expectations of the ANU community. The position requires effective liaison with a range of staff and colleagues within the Library, across the University and with commercial vendors.
Web and Discovery Manager
The main duties of the position of the Web and Discovery Manager include promoting scholarly resources including providing digital and information literacy support; supervising information services across a range of in person and digital service offerings; and working as part of the team to ensure the Library’s collections are meeting the teaching and research needs of the University.
Senior Manager Client Services
The role of the Senior Manager Client Services will lead, manage and mentor highly productive teams providing the client-facing services that support teaching and research activities at the ANU. The Senior Manager Client Services will provide leadership, cultivating a strong collaborative culture that will support the direction of the ANU Library to implement consistent service standards relevant to front-of-house services across the ANU Library system that enhance the client experience. The position requires effective liaison with a range of staff and colleagues within the Library and across the University.
