(5 July 2018) As the Director of User Experience and Planning, (DUEP), you will be responsible for ensuring that the Library is equipped to deliver a superior user experience by ensuring Library spaces are maintained and developed in concert with the direction and ambitions of the University.
A truly diverse role you will also provide leadership in the business functions of the Library with a focus on driving the Library’s business excellence, budget management, human resource development, organisational planning, communications and program management functions.
