(24 March 2017) The Associate University Librarian, Library Experience is responsible for leading the customer facing aspects of all Library’s functions associated with the discovery, access and delivery of information and services. This role provides centralised oversight of customer experience at a senior level.
The Associate University Librarian, Academic Engagement is responsible for leading the University Library’s Academic Engagement functions namely library liaison, special collections, collection development and analysis and support for research, teaching and learning projects.
