To welcome the arrival of the 8th “Cultural Heritage Day” and the Chinese traditional Dragon Boat Festival, “The Memory of Chinese Lacquer–the Chinese Lacquer Decoration and the Exhibition of Representative Inheritors’ Works of the National Intangible Cultural Heritage Project (NICHP)” was hosted by the Department of Intangible Cultural Heritage of the Ministry of Culture and the National Library of China (NLC) on June 7th. This event as one of the series of exhibitions of the Chinese Memory Project was held in the Northern Area of NLC Main Library.
The Director of the NLC, accepted 17 donated works from 16 representative inheritors of the Chinese Lacquer Decoration of NICHP on behalf of the NLC.
