On 19 March the Special Library Association and SAGE held a free webinar featuring Elisabeth Leonard, Market Research Analyst for SAGE. Elisabeth unveiled the preliminary results of a SAGE study of North American special and academic librarians about numerous high-impact factors and challenges facing the information industry. The results will be compiled into a white paper, due in June of this year.
