That is why LIBER has created a factsheet on Text and Data Mining (TDM).

You can also read the letter of concern sent to the European Commission, to express the need for a more flexible copyright system. It was supported by over 60 influential organisations and individuals, representing researchers, science organisations and industry. This was the EC’s response.
