(20 January 2014) Taiwan’s National Central Library, the National Science Council of Humanities and Social Sciences Division, National Applied Research and Technology Policy Research and Information Center have collaborated to establish and put in place the Taiwan Citation Index — Humanities and Social Sciences (TCI-HSS).
