(20 June 2016) On 15 June, Chinese Ambassador to Sri Lanka Yi Xianliang visited the Jaffna Library and donated Rs.1 million (USD6,900) and a batch of books about China to the Chief Librarian Suganthi, which aid will support development of the Library. The DailyFT has the story and photograph.
