As the SPIE Digital Library celebrates its 10th anniversary, more than 400,000 journal and proceedings articles back to Volume 1 (1962 for Optical Engineering and 1963 for Proceedings of SPIE) and eBook chapters are available. Approximately 18,000 new articles and chapters are now added each year. Other than a few older proceedings and books for which SPIE does not have digital rights, the collection is complete.
