Designed for Instruction Librarians and librarians involved in teaching, this Masterclass led by Rajen offers a practical and insightful journey into his instructional design experiences. Participants will explore key frameworks including the ADDIE Model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation), Bloom’s Revised Taxonomy, Kirkpatrick’s Four Levels of Training Evaluation and the Backward Design Framework.
About the instructor
Rajen is Advisor, Learning Programs and Global Relations at SMU Libraries. Previously, he was Head, Instruction and Learning Services and led a team that focussed on Instruction (Curriculum-Supported Instruction), Learning (Out-of-Classroom Learning) and Academic Success.
