(16 June 2014) OASPA held its 1st Asian Conference on Open Access Scholarly Publishing in Bangkok, Thailand, 2-3 June 2014.
Prompted by the rapid growth in OA across this region in recent years, this international conference brought together academic publishers, librarians and the research community to discuss open access publishing as a global industry with a key focus on Asia as an emerging market.
