The Open Data Institute wants to know how opening up data impacts those in developing countries. The Partnership for Open Data (POD) is a partnership of institutions to research and promote open data in the context of low and middle income countries. It invites stories about the impact of open data in developing countries be it technological, political, commercial, environmental, social or in any other way.
A grand prize of USD1,000 and two runner up prizes of USD500 each go to the best stories. The closing date is 24 March 2014.
