(4 November 2016) In 2014, Outsell’s IM Benchmarking Survey found that libraries were spending less than 4% of their time raising awareness of the IM function, or on any kind of marketing activities to promote the library. Has this changed in 2015? This is just a reminder that you can find out by participating in Outsell’s 2015 survey, which is now live.
