Position title: Library Consultant (short-term)
Report to: Executive Director/Editor-in-Chief and the ODC Management Team
Contract duration: 15 December 2020 to 15 March 2021
Open Development Cambodia (ODC), in collaboration with its partners, is exploring a pilot project to set up new school libraries under the Open Development Library (ODL) Program. The initial plan consists of two libraries
in Preah Vihear province, one in an urban area and one in a rural area.
ODC is looking for a short-term consultant to conduct a preliminary study to generate evidence and contribute to the design and operationalization of the first stage of the program. The consultant is expected to submit a Needs Assessment Report and an Action Plan to guide the implementation of the program. Under the guidance of ODC, the Consultant will conduct both primary and secondary research and collect insights from students, teachers, and families.
