- Liaise and work with various stakeholders to enhance research impact measurement services with focus on creating citation reports and altmetrics reports
- Develop and implement educational programs on scholarly publishing for NTU researchers to help them increase their research visibility and improve their research impact
- Organise activities and events to provide campus-wide advocacy on open access, researcher profiles, alternative scholarly publishing models, research impact measurement, copyright, and other issues related to scholarly communication

- Coordinate, develop and implement communication strategies in alignment with strategic goals for the Library
- Conceptualise design work for publicity and promotional materials for the Library’s website and other publicity channels
- Coordinate the content for the e-newsletters for the Library
- Develop reports using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite for internal and external communication purposes

Assistant Director – Advisory & Consultancy – NTU Libraries
- Develop a relevant collection in Humanities, Arts, Communications, and Social Sciences based on a deep understanding of the College’s teaching, learning and research needs
- Provide specialised research assistance, information literacy instruction, and scholarly communication services that are customised for Humanities, Arts, Communications, and Social Sciences, and related disciplines
- Liaise with faculty and students to showcase their scholarly/creative output through events, exhibitions, digital platforms, etc
- Work with the Information and Knowledge Groups to extend and customize emerging services for College of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences faculty and researchers in the areas of research impact, data management, open access, etc
