(16 March 2016) SCOAP3 has had a complete redesign of its website. As of today the new information portal is accessible at http://scoap3.org. The new SCOAP3 website includes information about its business model and governance structure, a list of partners and journals as well as helpful information about the SCOAP3 repository. A new FAQ section and direct links to downloads and webinar recordings complete the service.
SCOAP3 – the Sponsoring Consortium for Open Access Publishing in Particle Physics is a partnership of three thousand libraries, funding agencies and research centres in 44 countries and 3 intergovernmental organisations. Working with leading publishers, SCOAP3 has converted 10 key journals in High-Energy Physics to Open Access at no cost for authors. Since its start in 2014, more than 9,800 articles have been published in Open Access thanks to the support of SCOAP3.
