This is a full-time role for a Program Manager Acquisitions, Payments, and Logistics at the National Library of Australia, located in Canberra.
This is a non-ongoing role until 6 July 2026 with the possibility of becoming ongoing.
The role will manage a small team staff who are responsible for processing acquisition payments and managing relationships with stakeholders to achieve Section and Branch objectives.
This will include liaising with internal stakeholders in the Collection Branch and Corporate Branch (Finance and Governance teams), as well as external stakeholders, such as vendors and suppliers of specialised service.
To succeed in this role, you will preferably have:
- Relevant experience in financial management and payment processes in the public or private sector
- Acquisitions experience in a collecting/ cultural Institution.
