(9 December 2014) The National Library of the Philippines (NLP) in cooperation with the Association of Librarians in Public Sector, Inc. (ALPS, Inc.) and Public Librarians Association of Ilocos Norte (PLAIN) will hold its National Conference of Public Librarians on March 11-13, 2015 at the Plaza del Norte Hotel and Convention Center, Barangay 41, Balacad, Laoag City, Ilocos Norte.
