(18 Feb 2022) A team in Penang, Malaysia, gave the local abandoned phone booths a new look by transforming them into mini libraries for the community.
Penggerak Komuniti Muda (PEKA), an organization that aims to empower youth, was looking for a way to encourage the younger generation to pick up the reading habit. The project kicked off in 2020 amid various challenges.
