(25 June 2018) The appointee will lead the Information Services and User Education team in the Library. He or she is required to (a) oversee and coordinate all information literacy programs including orientation, workshops, and all other reference services; (b) formulate and implement research support services particularly for postgraduate students; (c) conduct staff and student orientations, library workshops, library tours, prepare user guides and update library web pages for the services of the team; (d) coordinate the faculty liaison program and to outreach information services to Faculty; (e) supervise the operation of the Information Services and User Education team including staff supervision and budget management; (f) represent the Library in different committees and task forces both internally and externally; and (g) perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor and University Librarian.
