Jidong Yang joins SUL as Head of the East Asia Library

(8 May 2013) Dr. Jidong Yang has joined the Stanford University Libraries as Head of the East Asia Library (EAL). Dr. Yang formerly served as the Head of the Asia Library at the University of Michigan. He holds a PhD from the Department of East Asian Languages and Civilizations from the University of Pennsylvania; an MLIS from Rutgers’ School of Communication, Information and Library Studies; and an MA and BA from Peking University.
