(7 October 2013) Showcasing treasures of the University Archives and Special Collections, this inaugural exhibition brings formerly hidden gems out of storage, some hundreds of years old; among them, rare books in the history of science and antique maps of China.
At this exhibition, you will see rare early editions of books by Galileo and Newton, the first western illustrated book on Chinese medicine, the first western map of China, early publications of the University.
Gallery hours are Monday – Friday: 9 am – 5 pm, (closed on weekends and public holidays).
