(2 May 2014) Columbus, Ohio, has been chosen as the site for the 2016 International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA) World Library and Information Congress, reports the ARL website. More than 4,000 people from 120 countries are expected to attend the event, which will be held August 11–18, 2016, at the Greater Columbus Convention Center.
