(8 May 2013) Hong Kong is about to embark on the era of web 3.0 in which media and information technology will be more embedded into our lives than ever. Alongside the transformation from an industrial society to a knowledge-based society, the younger generations will have to develop the required abilities and literacy to cope with the needs of the future so that they can work and live comfortably.
