SciVal Spotlight, part of Elsevier’s SciVal suite of research management tools, provides institutions and countries with an interdisciplinary view of their unique research strengths, helping them to define and execute their research strategies and explore opportunities for collaboration with peer institutions. SciVal Spotlight uses Scopus, the world’s largest abstract and citation database of peer-reviewed literature, as its underlying data source.
Kasetsart University is the first university in Thailand to use SciVal Spotlight. The university selected the tool to map its research performance and international collaboration trends more effectively. With access to SciVal Spotlight Kasetsart University will be able to analyze its core areas of research as well as current and potential collaboration partners.
