Under the broad direction of the recently appointed Executive Director, the Director, Client Services is responsible for developing and delivering an innovative suite of services to reach all clients, including information and research literacy programs for students throughout their academic career, digital scholarship and outreach programs for staff in faculties and other areas, course development and renewal support, as well as information discovery and access services to support both on campus and online learning.
As a member of the senior management of the Division, the position provides high-level advice to the Executive Director and contributes to the overall management and strategic vision and direction of the University Library.
