(21 Mar 2024) The Documentation Centre of Cambodia (DC-Cam) plans to build a Queen Mother Library and reading room near the Laos border in Stung Treng province to develop education and preserve important Cambodian documents.
The province’s Borey O’Svay Senchey district Governor Ly Mina said that DC-Cam is a center that collects important historical documents about the Khmer Rouge and presents a variety of other documents for the benefit of people across the country and the younger generation to study and research.
