(26 Feb 2025) A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between the Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology and Innovation of Cambodia and the Ministry of External Affairs of India. The agreement, finalized on February 17, 2025, will pave the way for establishing a state-of-the-art science library in the Ratanak Mondul district of Battambang province.
The MoU was signed by HE Hem Vandy, Cambodia’s Minister of Industry, Science, Technology, and Innovation, alongside HE Vanlalvawna Bawitlung, India’s Ambassador to Cambodia. This partnership reflects a shared commitment between the two nations to foster scientific and technological knowledge, particularly in rural communities.
