(10 December 2014) In keeping with IFLA WLIC 2015 overall theme, Dynamic Libraries: Access, Development and Transformation, the Asia and Oceania Open Session will focus on how libraries respond to opportunities for empowering citizens, enhancing learning, and adopting ICTs to name a few, and what this might mean for librarians in terms of their knowledge, skills and attitude.
IFLA seeks contributions that illustrate the different ways in which libraries in Asia and Oceania are repositioning themselves to enhance their effectiveness and impact.
