(28 October 2014) Bibliotheca today announces an exciting new strategic partnership that will bring the breadth of their library solutions directly to the South Korean market.
Continuing with its focus on the international expansion of library solutions, Bibliotheca today announces a new strategic partnership with the former Executive leadership team of Korean-based ECO that will bring the extensive range of Bibliotheca products and services direct to the South Korean market. Mr JongMin Lee, Mr Seung Cheol Kim and Mr Geon Hee Han, all formally of ECO Co. Ltd. will lead Bibliotheca South Korea – an organisation that will exclusively distribute the complete Bibliotheca library solution set.
Working under a unique brand partnership, Bibliotheca will licence the use of its brand, physical products and software directly to allow the new company to present a complete end-to-end solution for libraries in South Korea. In addition, the company will gain access to the full set of Bibliotheca API and developer tools, allowing the local team to provide complete flexibility and customisation capabilities to their partners and direct customers.

The new company, which will trade under the name Bibliotheca Co. Ltd., will be formed as of 1st November 2014 and will deliver first customer orders from 1st January 2015.
