(24 February 2015) Bibliotheca, a leader in RFID and barcode based self-service technology solutions, has received high marks on the Strategic Library’s 2015 Library Purchasing Survey as well as won Gold in the 2015 Modern Library Awards, both of which were scored by and voted upon by librarians.
Bibliotheca, with a company-wide focus to never let its customers down and to deliver the best customer experience, has been working diligently to further support its customer service and support processes. As recently recognized by the Modern Library Awards and the 2015 Library Purchasing Survey, librarians agree that the focus has significantly paid off.
In Strategic Library’s 2015 Library Purchasing Survey, a survey of 5,218 library decision makers throughout the United States, Bibliotheca was rated 3.88 out of 5 from all library responses based on features, pricing, support, and maintenance, outscoring all other self-service technology providers rated in the survey.
“We are honored to know that our commitment to our customers, the librarians who are at the forefront of everything we do, scored our solutions and service so highly,” says Al Coalla, Bibliotheca North American President & CEO. “As we continue to work toward the best solutions for libraries, this only fuels our passion to deliver the best possible experience for our customers and their patrons.”
Additionally, in LibraryWorks’ inaugural Modern Library Awards, Bibliotheca was presented with Gold awards for it’s return and sorting solutions, liber8™ self-service kiosk software, smartserve™ 1000 RFID self-service kiosk, and smartlocker™ dispensing and collection solution, which provides 24/7 collections and returns that can be placed in any internal building throughout a library’s local community. The awards were voted upon by librarians and with four Gold awards, Bibliotheca again received more honors than any other company.
